This is how I create my artworks. I am constantly in search of perfect subjects: minimalistic and plain, but elegant and suitable for your living areas. There is a photo you especially like? My artworks can be purchased down there!
THE SHOT: An artistic photo is nothing you can force. As I travel a lot, I am constantly mindful to find a perfect moment, a fascinating composition. No matter if daily life, landscape, or architecture: minimalistic subjects are the most expressive.
THE EDITING: After a photo is shot, its look will be adjusted on my computer. Depending on subject and meaning, the photo will be edited in colours or black and white. Neutral and plain colors highlight the photos content and distinguish my personal style.
THE PRINT: The choice of materials must be thoroughly considered to match subject and atmosphere. My first choice is the aluminium panel in a size of 50x75cm, because it maintains the work's simplicity and guarantees a first-rate print quality.
I am what people usually call a perfectionist. And perfection for me means clear, simple, and minimalistic. These are values I strive for in my artworks. As a result, you can not plan an artistic photo. The only way to find the right subject is to be patient and always ready for the perfect moment. Because of my job I can travel extensively, and that makes it easier to find those special subjects. Most importantly, however, each photo is a unicum and tells the personal story of a certain moment, a certain place. Something that can never be repeated.
